Bungalows information

Guests staying there receive a 50% discount on water park tickets. Tickets are only purchased at the park reception.

• 2 nights or minimum number for Bungalow reservations in the months of June and September
• There is 5 nights or minimum number for Bungalow reservations in the months of July and August.
• Base price includes bed and bathroom linen. It does not include personal hygiene products.
• Bed and bath linen, when included:
  • Towels: change of 3 in 3 days
  • Lençóis: moving from 7 to 7 days
• Children up to 3 years old are free, without direct preparation of bed and towels (when included, no price)
• The values indicated for 2 px correspond to the use of a bedroom (casual bed). Using 2 quarters, for 2 px, corresponds to the payment of 3 px.
• Animals prohibited, except those legally authorized
• Smoking is prohibited in our accommodations
• You must, at the time of check-in, pay the value of €20.00 corresponding to the command fee. It will also be returned at the time of check-out after delivery, in good condition.
• Check-In from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
• Check-Out until 11h00

Cancellations:

• The reserved period, even if it is not fully used, is considered as actually occupied, or is subject to payment;
• In cases of force maior, Naturwaterpark may cancel the reservation, returning the customer or payment value. Such a situation will only occur for duly justified reasons communicated to the client, or as urgent as possible;
• Accommodation reservations are only confirmed after receiving payment. The fixed value for the reservation, as a deposit, is 30% of the total price of the reservation;
• The sinal must be paid immediately or within a period of 1 hour. If payment is not made within the fixed deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled;
• The payment for the reservation is deducted from the final price of the stay;
• The remaining value of 70% is due 5 days before check in. If this payment is not made in this reservation date, it will be canceled without direct compensation for two 30% initial payments.
• If advance payment is not possible, it will also be made at check-in.
• In case of non-appearance on the scheduled day (No Show) and in the absence of any prior notice by the Client, Naturwaterpark will assume availability corresponding to the entire reservation period, for possible sale. There is no right to return the payment made
• Alteration of reservation:
  • a) The client may alter the data of his reservation from the moment he made it with a minimum prior of 8 days in relation to the check-in data.
  • b) Only a single alteration of reservation data is permitted. Due to alteration, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation.
• Reservation cancellation:
  • a) Cancellation made more than 30 days from the check-in date - an associated cost of €10.00 borne by the client.
  • b) Cancellation made between 29 and 8 days of check-in date - loss of 50% of the value of the signal plus an associated cost of €10.00 borne by the client.
  • c) Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date, does not give rise to credit or refund
