WATER PARK

Comments:

• Discount for groups (20 or more paying people) – 15% (Requires a single payment). Not applied in August, nor applied to online tickets;

• Discount for Customers staying at our facilities - 50% (This discount is equal to the number of nights lodged);

• Non-cumulative discounts;

• Umbrella rental: €5.00 – Sun lounger rental: €7.00;

• The entry of glass objects is not permitted;

• It is mandatory to wear a wristband to enter the water park;

• Attractions close 30 m before closing;

• Consult regulations;

• Children under 12 years of age who are not accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their supervision and behavior are not permitted to enter the Water Park.

• Access to people who, due to their condition, may disturb public order or tranquility is prohibited.

• Access to people carrying glass objects, weapons or objects that could be used as such is prohibited.

• Access to animals in the enclosure is prohibited.

• Eating, drinking or smoking is prohibited in water activity areas.

• Access to the enclosure with umbrellas, buoys, balls, chairs and tents (babymoovs, camping tents, beach tents, shelters, windbreaks, as well as other types of unspecified tents) is prohibited.

• Running, pushing and diving is prohibited.

• Leaving useless items or materials on the premises is prohibited.

• Free for children up to 3 years old (no bed preparation and no towels). Option of bed and bath linen for children up to 3 years old - 15.00€/child;

• Children from 4 to 11 years old – €10.00/night (not applicable to bungalows with attic);

• Extra Adult – €15.00/night;

• Security deposit: €20.00;

• Dishwashing Supplement – €5.00;

4. In the months of June and September, there is a mandatory minimum reservation of 2 nights;

5. In the months of July and August, there is a mandatory minimum reservation of 5 nights;

6. Change of bed linen every 7 days and change of towels every 3 days (when included);

7. It is mandatory to use a wristband to stay in the park;

8. Smoking is prohibited in the Bungalows;

9. Animals are not allowed inside the accommodation. Check conditions at reception;

10. During Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter, the prices charged are those of high season.

Camping

Supplementary Rates:

• Towel kit (1 bath towel + 1 face towel) – €5.00;

• Adapter or extension deposit - €15.00/each;

• Electricity - €4.50/night - Use of a CEE camping adapter is mandatory;

• Stove Rental (Campsite Kitchen) – €8.00/hour/stove;

• Extension rental - €5.00;

• Sleeping bag rental - €4.00;

• Iron €5.00 | Washing Machine €5.00 | Clothes Dryer €5.00;

• Dumping of black water from motorhomes – €7.00 (not accommodated); Free for hosted customers;

• Respect the quiet period between 00:30 and 08:00. During this period, vehicles are not allowed to enter/exit/circulate the campsite, only in case of emergency;

• Protect the Environment by acting in accordance with Camper Ethics!

   

General considerations:

1. Check-in from 9:00 am and Check-out until 5:00 pm

2. It is not necessary to make a prior reservation, check in is done on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

3. Animals allowed (extra payment):

   1. Animals cannot circulate in common areas and the use of a leash is mandatory;

   2. It is mandatory to collect your animal's waste;

   3. Prohibited Breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cão de Fila Brasileiro, Dogue Argentino, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Toza Inu, Dobermann, and large dog breeds such as the Rhodesian Lion, the Cane Corso, the Grand Danois (or German Doge), the S. Bernardo, the Boxer among others.

   4. During Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter, the prices charged are those of high season.

Accommodation Reservation Conditions:

Customers staying at Naturwaterpark have a 50% discount on entry to the water park and a 10% discount on some activities at the adventure park, check conditions at the park reception.

The accommodation price does not include Activities in the Park, entrance to the water park or breakfast;

• The reserved period, even if not fully used, is due as effectively occupied, that is, subject to payment;

• In cases of force majeure, Naturwaterpark may cancel the reservation, refunding the amount paid to the customer. This situation will only occur for reasons that are duly justified and communicated to the customer, as urgently as possible;

• Accommodation reservations are confirmed after acceptance of the deposit payment. The value set for the reservation, as a deposit, is 30% of the total reservation price;

• The deposit must be paid immediately or within 1 hour. If payment is not made within the set deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled;

• The price paid for the reservation is deducted from the final price of the stay;

• The remaining 70% are due up to 5 days before check-in;

• If advance payment is not possible, it will be made at check-in, upon authorization.

• In case of no-show on the scheduled day (No Show) and in the absence of any prior notice from the Customer, Naturwaterpark will assume availability corresponding to the entire reservation period, for possible sale. There is no right to refund the payment made

• Reservation change:

1. The customer may change the date of their reservation as long as they do so at least 8 days in advance of the check-in date.

2. Only a single change of booking dates is permitted. Once the change is made, it will no longer be possible to cancel the reservation.

• Reservation cancelation:

1. Cancelation made more than 30 days before the check-in date - has an associated cost of €10.00 borne by the customer.

2. Cancelation made between 29 and 8 days from the check-in date - loss of 50% of the deposit plus an associated cost of €10.00 borne by the customer.

3. Cancelation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, does not give rise to credit or refund.
