Do Naturwaterpark School Programs have a minimum number of participants?
Our School Programs are designed for a minimum of 15 participants and for children between 3 and 18 years old.

Monitors who will be accompanying the group?
The number of instructors in the adventure park activities per group depends on the number of participants, depending on the age and the chosen activity program. During the night and the remaining time it is the responsibility of accompanying the group to two teachers.
The Naturwaterpark offers entrance or stay of a professor for each ten participants, counting as well as their presence unaccompanied by their group. The extra teachers pay the price of the chosen program.
The accommodation of the participants is only divided according to the combination and the teachers will have to accompany them during the night.
How are the activities organized?
The activities are organized, by the coordinator together with the monitors, I tend to count the age of the group and its specificities, or the number of monitors of the group and the weather conditions.
How can I make a reservation?
The reservation can be made through the pre-filing of the form that appears on this site or you will then be able to contact us directly through the e-mail [email protected].
How are reservation payments made?
After booking, 30% of the total value of the activity will be charged and the remaining payment will be made to the group to the Naturwaterpark.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, multibank, cash or check.
If the reservation has to be cancelled, can I reaver or pay the reservation?
1. There will be no refund for withdrawals more than 30 days prior to the start of the activity;
2. Withdrawals between 30 to 45 days prior to the start of the activity – 50% refund;
3. Cancellation 45 days or more prior to the start of the activity – full refund.
The cancellation of the reservation must be carried out by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
We must indicate the details of the school and the IBAN for what should be the fee or refund, if it is directly the same. The amount corresponding to the refund will be transferred to the indicated IBAN.
Or what should my students bring to Naturwaterpark?
It is very important that your students wear comfortable clothing, clothing and sports shoes for outdoor activities and some cool clothing for evening activities.
It is also necessary for you to swallow:
• Bed and bathroom linen, when not included, not priced;
Towels for the water park, slippers, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, necessaries with personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste brush, etc.) and flashlight.
Or what can we not do for the Naturwaterpark?
We do not recommend swallowing any type of electronic device (ipad, ebooks, ipods...) or valuable objects. We want your child to enjoy two moments of free time and socialize with the other participants.
It is prohibited to draw firecrackers, artificial fires, facas, games, etc. Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages is also not permitted.
Naturwaterpark is not responsible for any damage, damage or theft during the visit/stay.
Anomalous Behaviors
Dangerous or violent objects and attitudes are prohibited. All those that go beyond normality are classified as anomalous behaviors, raising concerns on the part of the pedagogical team, disconcerting other participants and possibly putting them in the right place or in good functioning.
