Campsite
Naturwaterpark has 4 different types of accommodation:
- Bungalows: with kitchenette and without kitchenette;
- Mobile-Homes: with two different types - with WC and without WC;
- Space for Tent/Caravan/Motorhome;
- Dormitories.
Bungalows/Mobile - Homes/Dormitories
Check in can be carried out from 4pm until 10pm. If the reception is closed, go to the bar.
Check out must be completed by 11:00 am.
Camping: Tents/Caravans/Motorhomes
Check in can be carried out from 09:00 until 22:00. If the reception is closed, go to the bar.
Check out must be completed by 5pm.
1. Minimum number of nights from 1/07 to 31/08:
Bungalows With and Without Kitchnette - minimum 5 nights
Mobile Homes With WC - minimum 3 nights
Mobile Homes Without WC - minimum 1 night
2. Minimum number of nights from 1/06 to 30/06 and 01/09 to 20/09:
Bungalows with and without Kitchnette - minimum 2 nights
Mobile Homes With WC - minimum 2 nights
Mobile Homes Without WC - minimum 1 night
3. Remaining dates - minimum 1 night for all types of accommodation
The use of bracelet is mandatory. No Check in will give all clients a bracelet that allows:
- Open the access gates to the camping park, access to the aquatic park (when a ticket is purchased) and pay expenses in all locations of the Naturwaterpark.
- The client can charge a pulseira, with the monetary value to be claimed (minimum €5) at the Receção, Bar da Piscinas, Self-Service do Naturwaterpark. It can be carried out in a bank account or multibanco.
- The customer may not check in to acquire the tickets for entry to the aquatic park that he intends and with the pulse will have direct access to the same, without needing to go to the reception every day to buy the ticket. The value of payment for unused bills will not be returned. It will be returned as soon as the park is locked up.
- Inside the aquatic park (bars and reception of securities) the payment is made exclusively by pulseira.
- The remaining value of the bracelet can be recovered at the Naturwaterpark reception on the day of check out at 8:00 p.m. This data or itself is unavailable.
- The pulseira can only be used at the next visit if it is placed on the client's pulse, otherwise it will not be used for payment or access to the aquatic park.
- Failure to use the bracelet may imply that circulation is denied.
- In case you lose or damage your bracelet during your stay, you must go to the reception in order to acquire a new replacement bracelet.
Bungalow includes bed and bath linen.
Mobile Home with WC includes bed and bath linen.
In Mobile Home without WC only bed linen is included.
On dormitories it depends on whether you rent it with or without clothes. Never includes swimwear.

Camping Park No reservations are made, entry to the park is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Accommodation reservations are confirmed upon acceptance of the down payment. The value set for the reservation, as a deposit, is 30% of the total reservation price.
The deposit must be paid immediately or within 1 hour. If payment is not made within the set deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The remaining 70% is due up to 5 days before check-in. If this payment is not made on this date, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund of the 30% initially paid.
Regarding tents/caravans
In case of no-show on the scheduled day (No Show) and in the absence of any prior notice from the Customer, Naturwaterpark will assume availability corresponding to the entire reservation period, for possible sale. There is no right to refund the payment made
Reservation change:
a) The customer may change the date of their reservation as long as they do so at least 8 days in advance of the check-in date.
b) Only a single change of booking dates is permitted. Once the change is made, it will no longer be possible to cancel the reservation.
Reservation cancellation:
a) Cancellation made more than 30 days before the check-in date - has an associated cost of €10.00 borne by the customer.
b) Cancellation made between 29 and 8 days from the check-in date - loss of 50% of the deposit plus an associated cost of €10.00 borne by the customer.
c) Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, does not give rise to credit or refund
The user must, at check-in, pay the amount of €20.00 corresponding to the deposit for the controls. It will be returned at check-out after delivery, in good condition.

Companion animals are strictly prohibited in the Water Park and Adventure Park and Accommodations. However, they are allowed in the Camping Park, but with prior authorization from management. Dogs considered to be a dangerous breed (such as Rottweiller, Pittbull, Staffordshire, etc.) are denied entry to the Campsite.
Water Park
The water park opens at 10am and closes at 6:30pm.
Attractions close 30 before the park closes.
It is allowed to take a snack to the Park if you do not want to use our bars/restaurant.
Glass packaging is not allowed.
Beach accessories (umbrellas, mats, balls, chairs, etc.) are not permitted.

Conditions of use:
a) Users will enter the Water Park by paying a ticket, the value of which is stated in the price list.
b) For Child or Senior tickets, it will be necessary to present an identification document proving age at the ticket office at the time of purchase, after which there will be no refund of money for tickets purchased.
c) All services provided inside the Aquatic Park, namely at the Bar, Self-Service, etc., will be paid for and their prices appear on tables posted on site in a visible place.
d) The use of a bracelet is mandatory. Access and payment within the water park (bars and cash reception) is done exclusively using a wristband that is given when purchasing tickets and works as follows:
- 1. When purchasing tickets, a bracelet is provided for each ticket purchased. It is mandatory for each user to place a bracelet on their wrist when entering the water park;
- 2. The bracelet allows access control at the water park and payment for consumption made at all Naturwaterpark locations.
- 3. The customer can top up their balance on the bracelet, with the amount they want (minimum €5.00) at the Reception/Ticket Office in Cash and ATM. Inside the water park, top-ups are made exclusively via ATM. Minimum charge of €5.00.
- 4. Inside the water park, the only means of payment available is the wristband.
- 5. The remaining value on the bracelet must be redeemed, free of charge, at the Naturwaterpark reception at the end of the day, until 8:00 pm. After this time it becomes unavailable. It cannot be claimed later.
- 6. The bracelet can only be used on the next visit if it is placed on the customer's wrist, otherwise it will not be accepted.
- 7. For complaints about Bracelet balances, a Bracelet Charging receipt is mandatory, without this receipt it is not possible to resolve bracelet problems and anomalies.
- 8. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or misplacement of the bracelet. In these cases, a new bracelet will have to be purchased. If the bracelet is unusable, an extra €1.00/bracelet will be charged. If the bracelet is lost, the cost of a new one will be charged.

Tickets: Cancellation, refund and no-show policy
- RETURN OF TICKETS, up to 48 hours before the date of the visit (09:00), has an associated cost of €5.00 borne by the customer. (per ticket)
If the order is placed less than 48 hours in advance (counting 9 am on the day of the ticket), there is no right to refunds, they cost the same as the ticket. (per ticket)

- The customer who requests the cancellation of tickets purchased under the terms of the previous sections must also request a refund, via email to the email address [email protected], which must include the following information:
- Order number/purchase order
- Name of the holder of the payment method used

All protocols with associations or institutions, which imply discounts on park entrances, will only be valid at the Naturwaterpark ticket offices, not applied to online tickets, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. It is mandatory to present the card or document proving the holder, the discount is only made on the holder's ticket. The customer must request this discount at the time of purchase, and it cannot be claimed later.
Customers staying at our campsite have a 50% discount on water park entrances, based on a list price. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Adventure Park
Adventure park activities start at 9am.
If you are a School, please consult the FAQ's of this respective group.
Adventure park activities require a minimum of two people and are subject to advance booking at the park reception; Same day appointments may not be possible.
As with the Water Park, it is still not possible to purchase individual tickets to the Adventure Park through the platform. Therefore, their purchase must be made on the day of the visit, at the park reception, where payment is made in 100% at the time.

It is advisable to wear practical clothing (e.g. tracksuit) and sneakers. It is not permitted to carry out adventure park activities in flip-flops.
Adventure park activities can be carried out throughout the year, subject to availability.
All programs include Civil Liability and Personal Accident Insurance for participants.
School Programs
Naturwaterpark is located at the gates of the city of Vila Real.

Our School Programs are designed for a minimum of 15 participants and for ages between 4 and 18 years old.

We have programs designed for 1, 2 and 3 days of activities. However, you can request a quote for up to 4 or more days (these options can also be found on the School Programs page on our website). If you want a longer reservation, you will have to contact us via telephone or the general contact form, which you can find in the footer (bottom of the page) so that we can organize your arrival in the best way possible. , as well as a good organization of the activities to be carried out.
To make a reservation, you must search for the School Programs page.
Then, you must select the program you want. If the program has several activities to choose from, select the one that best suits you. Proceed with the reservation and fill in all the requested information. Then, you must wait for the administrator to confirm the availability of the program for the selected day. After receiving this confirmation, you must pay 30% of the reservation, by bank transfer (don't forget to send proof of your payment). The remaining 70% is paid on the day the activities take place.
There will be no refunds for withdrawals 30 days prior to the start of the activity;
Withdrawals between 30 and 45 days before the start of the activity – 50% refund;
Withdrawal 45 days or more before the start of the activity – full refund.

It is very important that your students bring comfortable clothes, sports clothes and shoes for outdoor activities and some warm clothes for evening activities.
They also need to bring:
- Bed and bath linen, when not included in the price;
Towels for the water park, flip-flops, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, toiletry bag with toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc.) and flashlight.
We do not recommend bringing any type of electronic device (ipad, ebooks, ipods…) or valuables. We want your child to enjoy free time and socialize with other participants.
It is prohibited to bring lighters, fireworks, knives, games, etc. Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages is also not permitted.
Naturwaterpark is not responsible for any damage, damage or theft during the visit/stay.
