SCHEDULED OPENING OF THE WATER PARK - 05/30/2025 to 09/07/2025

We do not have camping equipment available for renting (store, caravan, motorhome, etc).
The request for the use of electricity must be made at the reception, with a cost of €4.50/night.

Connections to box plugs are made using a CEE camping adapter.

Campsite Information

Guests staying at the campsite have a 50% discount on water park tickets. Tickets can be purchased at the park reception.

The minimum number of nights required for camping reservations is 1.
Check-in: from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 5:00 p.m.
The reserved period, even if not fully used, is considered to be occupied, i.e. subject to payment.
In cases of force majeure, Naturwaterpark may cancel the reservation and refund the amount paid to the customer. This situation will only occur for duly justified reasons and communicated to the customer as soon as possible.In the event of a no-show on the scheduled date and in the absence of any prior notice from the customer, Naturwaterpark will assume availability corresponding to the entire period of the reservation, for possible sale. There is no right to a refund of the payment made.
Reservations made on transaction values will be subject to the respective operating cost plus VAT at the legal rate in force, depending on the reservation made. These fees are never refunded.

Changing the reservation:
a) The customer may change the date of their reservation as long as they do so at least 8 days in advance of the check-in date.
b) Only one change of reservation dates is permitted. Once the change has been made, it will no longer be possible to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation of reservation:
a) Cancellation made more than 30 days before the check-in date - full refund, only has the cost of operating fees.
b) Cancellation made between 29 and 5 days before the check-in date - loss of 50% of the deposit plus the cost of operating fees.
c) Cancellation up to 4 days before the check-in date does not give rise to credit or refund.
