Attractions and pools close 30m before closing.

To purchase tickets for the Water Park you will have to register.

Guests staying entitled to the 50% discount should not purchase tickets here, they should contact the park reception to make the purchase. If the purchase is made here, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

Umbrella rental: €5.00 - Sun lounger—€7.00 (payment made at the park).

Failure to use paid tickets does not entitle you to a refund.

The consequences of non-compliance with safety standards are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Access to people carrying glass, sharp and pointed objects, weapons or objects that could be used as such is prohibited.

Access to the enclosure with umbrellas, buoys, balls, chairs and tents (babymoovs, camping tents, beach tents, shelters, windbreaks, as well as other types of unspecified tents) is prohibited.

The use of a bracelet is mandatory. Access and payment within the water park (bars and cash reception) is done exclusively using a wristband that is given when purchasing tickets. Minimum charge of €5.00.

The discount for groups larger than 20 px and the discount for partnerships are only available at the park's in-person ticket office. Online purchases do not benefit from this discount. Not available in August.

Cancellation, refund and no-show policy

RETURN OF TICKETS, up to 48 hours before the date of the visit (09:00), has an associated cost of €5.00 borne by the customer. (per ticket)

If the order is placed less than 48 hours in advance (counting 9 am on the day of the ticket), there is no right to refunds, they cost the same as the ticket. (per ticket)

Partial refunds for tickets are not made.

TO CHANGE DATES (equivalent ticket) less than 48 hours in advance will have an associated cost of €5.00 borne by the customer (per ticket), please contact: [email protected]

The customer who requests the cancellation of tickets purchased under the terms of the previous sections must also request a refund, via email to the email address [email protected], which must contain the following information: Order number/ purchase order and Name of the holder of the payment method used. Once the date has been changed, cancellation with the right to a refund is not possible.

Once the date has been changed, no new changes are possible, nor can it be canceled with the right to a refund.

In case of no-show on the scheduled date, the visitor will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement.

Water Park information

BRACELETS

It is mandatory to wear a bracelet on your wrist. Access and payment within the water park (bars and cash reception) is done exclusively using a wristband that is given when purchasing tickets and works as follows:

1. When purchasing tickets, a bracelet is provided for each ticket purchased. It is mandatory for each user to place a bracelet on their wrist to enter the water park.
2. The bracelet allows access control at the water park and payment for consumption made at all Naturwaterpark locations.
3. The customer can load the bracelet, with the amount they want, at the Reception/Ticket Office in Cash and ATM, inside the water park the loading is done exclusively at ATM. Minimum charge of €5.00.
4. The remaining amount on the bracelet can be redeemed at the Naturwaterpark reception at the end of the day until 8pm. Not available for future visits.
5. If the bracelet is unusable, an extra €1.00/bracelet will be charged. If the bracelet is lost, the value of a new entry will be charged.

SOME INFORMATION:

1. Access to people carrying glass, sharp and pointed objects, weapons or objects that could be used as such is prohibited.
2. Access to animals in the enclosure is prohibited, except guide dogs.
3. It is prohibited to eat, drink or smoke in water activity areas.
4. Access to the venue with umbrellas, buoys, balls, chairs and tents (babymoovs, camping tents, beach tents, shelters, windbreaks, as well as other types of unspecified tents) is prohibited.
5.Running, pushing and diving is prohibited.
6. It is prohibited to leave useless items or materials on the premises.
7. It is not permitted to wear jewelry, rings, threads, sunglasses or vision glasses, or any objects that could cause damage to the sliding surfaces or other users;
8. It is not permitted to wear clothes with pythons or metallic buttons;
9. Running or pushing is not allowed;
10. Diving in the pools or at the exit of the slides is prohibited;
11. Mandatory use of swimwear for all visitors, including babies. For babies, it is mandatory to use diapers suitable for swimming pools.
12. Shoes suitable for water are permitted
13. The use of “DRONES” in the venue’s airspace is expressly prohibited.
14. There are restrictions/limitations for people with reduced mobility and pregnant women to enjoy the attractions
15.Do not use the slides under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
16.Do not use the slides if you are pregnant, suffer from physical, mental or cardiac disabilities;
17. Leave the finish area quickly

Attractions close 30 minutes before park closing
